1. Scope of Service
The Dyslexia Experts provides diagnostic educational assessments for Dyslexia and Dyscalculia. Our assessments are conducted by qualified specialists and result in comprehensive reports suitable for school Access Arrangements and Disabled Students' Allowance (DSA).
2. Bookings and Cancellations
A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the initial deposit. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled assessment may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover preparatory administration and room booking costs.
3. Clinical Standards
We maintain professional indemnity insurance and hold current Enhanced DBS checks. Our assessments follow SASC guidelines and use standardised, valid testing materials. Please note that an assessment does not guarantee a specific diagnosis; findings are based on objective evidence.
4. Report Delivery
We aim to deliver final diagnostic reports within 10 working days of the assessment date, contingent upon all necessary background questionnaires being completed by parents or schools.
